1. Brand LOGO Customization

We support custom exclusive brand logos for all clothing items, including embroidery, screen printing, woven labels, size labels, care labels and hangtags. Please provide logo files in AI/PDF/PNG format for production.

2. MOQ Requirement

Custom order MOQ is 100 pieces per color. Multiple colors are allowed if each color reaches 100 pieces.

3. Sample Policy

3.1 Sample Fee

A. Simple & summer clothes: $100 per style

B. Winter & common complex styles: $150 per style

C. Heavy embroidery, large printing & high-grade fabric styles: $200-$500, subject to tech pack confirmation

3.2 Sample Fee Refund

Full sample fee will be deducted from bulk order payment when order quantity reaches 300 pieces per style. Sample fee is non-refundable if order is cancelled after sample completion.

3.3 Sample Lead Time

7-10 working days after design confirmation and sample payment. Complex styles will be confirmed separately in advance.

4. Production Lead Time

25-35 working days after receiving 30% deposit and confirming pre-production samples. Delivery time may be slightly extended in peak seasons with prior notice.

5. Payment Terms

A. In-stock small orders: 100% full payment before delivery via Shopify checkout

B. Custom bulk orders: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance paid before shipment

Available payment: PayPal, Credit Card, TT bank transfer

6. Shipping Information

Small orders & samples: DHL, FedEx express delivery

Large bulk orders: Air freight / sea freight, we will recommend the most suitable solution.

7. Quality Claim Rules

All quality problems must be raised within 14 calendar days after goods arrival with photos and videos as proof. Claims exceeding the time limit will not be accepted.
