Q1: Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are professional clothing manufacturer located in Humen, Dongguan. We have 3500㎡ workshop, complete production lines, BSCI certificate and independent import & export qualification, no middleman involved.
Q2: Need product price and specs?
A: Price depends on order quantity, tiered prices are shown on product page. Tell us your order quantity, we will send full specs including fabric, size chart, weight and packing details.
Q3: Can I get samples before bulk order?
A: Samples are available but not free. Stock samples cost double unit price; custom samples follow our standard sampling fee rules. We arrange production after sample payment confirmed.
Q4: What is your MOQ?
A: Stock items: 1 piece mixed sizes/colors. Custom OEM orders: 100 pcs per color per design.
Q5: Support logo & design customization?
A: Yes, full OEM & ODM service. We can make goods per your tech pack, sample or drawing, including custom fabric, embroidery, printing, labels, tags and logo packing.
Q6: Sample production time?
A: 7-10 working days for normal samples. 10-20 working days for complex styles with special crafts.
Q7: Sample charge & refund rule?
A: Stock sample: 2x bulk price. Simple summer style: $100/style. Winter style: $150/style. High-end craft styles quoted separately.
Full sample fee will be deducted in bulk order when quantity reaches 300 pcs per style. Non-refundable if you cancel after sample finished.
Q8: Can you source fabric & accessories?
A: Sure. We have rich fabric resources, can source all kinds of materials and send free fabric swatches for confirmation.
Q9: Payment terms?
A: Stock small orders: 100% full payment. Custom bulk orders: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
Payment way: Credit Card, PayPal, TT bank transfer.
Q10: Bulk order lead time?
A: Stock goods: 7-15 working days after full payment. Custom orders: 25-35 working days after sample confirmed and deposit received.
Q11: Available shipping ways?
A: Small goods & samples: DHL/FedEx/UPS express 3-5 days. Goods over 300KG: Air freight 7-14 days. Large bulk: Sea freight 40-60 days. Default term: EXW, FOB available for big orders.
Q12: After-sales service?
A: We take charge of factory defects, support remake, discount or compensation. All quality issues need to be claimed within 14 days after goods arrival with photo & video proof. We reply within 24 hours.
Q13: Mix different styles in one order?
A: Allow mixed styles for stock orders. Custom orders need each style reach separate MOQ.
Q14: Free fabric swatches?
A: Free swatches offered, buyer only pay courier freight.
Q15: Custom size standard?
A: Yes, we can make sizes fit US, EU, UK, Australia, plus size and kids size as your demand.
Q16: Available export certificates?
A: We have BSCI. We can apply AZO free, color fastness, fabric test and kids clothing certificates for your customs clearance.
Q17: Discount for repeated orders?
A: Yes, better price for larger quantity. Long-term cooperators get exclusive favorable price.
Q18: Design service available?
A: Our designer team can create new styles according to your idea, market trend and budget, offer draft for confirmation.
Q19: Custom logo packing?
A: Support custom logo poly bag, gift box, tissue paper etc., extra cost and packing MOQ needed.
Q20: Accepted payment currency?
A: All quotes in USD, accept USD payment only.
Q21: Is Shopify payment safe?
A: SSL secure checkout, support Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Big orders also accept TT transfer.
Q22: Modify or cancel Shopify order?
A: Stock order can be canceled within 24 hours before shipping. Custom sample & bulk orders cannot be canceled once production starts, deposit and sample fee non-refundable.
Q23: Credit card payment failed?
A: Check balance, open international transaction function or try PayPal payment instead.
Q24: How long to receive goods?
A: Small order+express: 10-15 days total. Bulk air shipment: 30-50 days total. Sea shipment: 65-95 days total. Tracking number will be sent by email.
Q25: Order tracking way?
A: Tracking number and link will be sent to your registered email, check spam box if not received.
Q26: Free shipping support?
A: Free express shipping for stock orders over $500. Custom bulk orders exclude free shipping.
Q27: Parcel lost or damaged?
A: Take photos within 7 days after receiving, send evidence to us, we will solve compensation or reshipment issue.
Q28: Place sample order directly on Shopify?
A: Yes, we have independent sample product links for you to order online directly.
Q29: Upload logo file in checkout?
A: File upload entry available on checkout page, or send design file to our official email with order ID.
Q30: Shopify return & refund policy?
A: Unused stock goods with original tag can be returned within 14 days for quality problem. All custom items and samples are final sale. Refund finished in 7-10 working days after inspection.
Q31: Size exchange allowed?
A: Support size exchange for unused stock items within 14 days, buyer bear both-way shipping fee. Custom goods not support exchange.
Q32: Need register account to buy?
A: Guest checkout available, register account to check order history and get wholesale discount.
Q33: Get wholesale discount code?
A: Contact our sales team with your purchase plan to apply exclusive discount coupon.
