1. Brand LOGO Customization
We support customizing your exclusive brand logo on all apparel items. Available craft includes embroidery, screen printing, woven labels, size tags, care labels and hang tags.
You can provide your logo artwork in AI/PDF/PNG format for our production.
2. MOQ Requirement
The minimum order quantity for customized styles is 100 pieces per colorway. Multiple colors under one design are acceptable as long as each single color meets the 100pcs threshold.
3. Sample Policy
3.1 Sample Fee Standard
A. Simple styles / Summer lightweight garments: $100 per sample per style
B. Winter styles & regular complex designs: $150 per sample per style
C. Heavy embroidery, large-area printing, premium fabrics (silk, wool, genuine leather): $200 - $500 per sample, price confirmed based on your detailed tech pack
3.2 Sample Fee Refund Rule
The full sample fee will be deducted from your bulk order balance when your customized order quantity reaches 300 pieces per style.
Sample fees are non-refundable if you cancel the order after sampling is completed.
3.3 Sample Lead Time
Standard sample production takes 7–10 working days after we confirm your design details and receive sample payment.
For highly complex styles with special crafts or fabrics, we will confirm the exact timeline with you separately in advance.
4. Production Lead Time
Standard bulk production lead time for customized orders is 25–35 working days, counting from the day we receive your 30% deposit and confirm pre-production sample.
Lead time may be extended slightly during peak production seasons, and we will notify you beforehand.
5. Payment Terms
We provide two payment solutions for different order sizes:
A. Small single orders for in-stock styles: 100% full payment via our Shopify online checkout before arrangement
B. Custom bulk production orders: 30% deposit to be paid prior to mass production, the remaining 70% balance must be fully settled before shipment
Available payment methods: Online checkout payment (PayPal, Credit Card) and offline TT bank transfer.
6. Shipping Information
1. Small-batch orders & sample shipments: Delivered via express couriers including DHL and FedEx
2. Large-volume bulk orders: Shipment options include air freight and sea freight via professional freight forwarders, we will offer the most cost-effective shipping plan according to your delivery schedule.
7. Feedback & Quality Claim Notice
All quality complaints, defects or product issues must be submitted to our sales team within 14 calendar days after you receive the goods, with clear photos and videos as supporting evidence. Any feedback submitted beyond the 14-day window will not be accepted.
